| toast? I think it would be the culprit - you are probably retaining water - both because all the alcohol and all the carbs you had. I will balance itself out. Keep on going with the programme

| I agree with Liv, its most likely causing you to retain water, and when you consume alcohol you quit losing weight, and burn it instead of fat. Just hop back aboard and that 2 pounds should evaporate quickly. |
