| You're not cookoo! Well, no more than me anyway. I have fallen off the wagon more times than i can say. I hiked all last summer and then ended up with a mild foot injury, but it stopped my hiking cold. I was so bummed and just sat on the couch drinking beer. I gained back all the weight plus some. I re-started about January 5th 2009 and have lost about a size and a half so far. My foot is still an issue but I lift weights five days a week. I used to emotionally eat, but Atkins totally regulates my moods. I'm on an even keel now. BTW, unlike some, I eat until I'm full and I even eat when I'm just having a craving as long as an acceptable food. My tummy's happy and my mind is happy. So just have all your snacks on hand and good luck!!! |

| Hey, like you I want to be 130 by June. I know that it is going to take a lot of exercising and no cheating!! Just stay strong and I'm sure you will reach your goal!! |

| I am an emotional eater too. It's a hard thing to overcome! Good job for starting back on again. I bet most of it is water weight and will be off in a week |

| Well, welcome back and we don't think you are coocoo. I am hoping to make it passed the first week I had to restart the induction twice already. Don't beat yourself up. you did it once and YOU WILL do it again. Just keep your head high. |

| I am an emotional eater too and I can relate with the family having snacks and junk food around the house. Totally tests willpower!
