| If you're keeping the sticks in the bathroom, the steam from the shower can inactivate them. Also check the expiration dates.... (I had some bottles from the last time I did Atkins - tried using them, realized they were expired!!) lol

| Many of us don't see any colour change from those pesky sticks, so if you are losing and maybe exhibit some of the other signs of beign in ketosis save your money and buy some good food instead

| Thanks for all of the feedback everyone. I am actaully following induction so my carbs are super low right now. This is just the most interesting thing because I'm on day 10 and I've only seen the stix change for one day and then nothing. yet, I'm still dropping weight because my clothes are really hanging off me now. Either way, I'll take the loss! This is also a bit of encouragement for anyone out there bummed out because the darn sticks are telling you that you are NOT in ketosis and you think you're not burning fat. I'm a living witness that you CAN still lose in spite of what the darn sticks say. Good luck to all...
