| well i'm proud of you for acknowledging that you fell off. Getting back on won't be so hard, since you've lost so much more before. 15 should be easy peasy, just give if a few weeks. : * |

| Geez, 500? I'm huffing and panting after burning off 300. You go girl! Well first thing first: You might not lose as fast this time around. So be prepared to stay strong even if the scale moves slower! The second thing to do is to post a journal in journal chats The third thing to do is be prepared! Basically this - tell the whole world that you're trying to better yourself physically on the inside and out. It makes that much harder to bring yourself to fall off Last of all brag. Brag brag brag. Brag to us, brag to your friends, and let us all pat you on the back whenever you can come to us with a big smile and say that you've lost weight - or whatever else it is you want to brag on!

| I think Sharon gave great advice. I am doing this for the second time around and the pounds are coming off much slower. However, I take my measurements once a week (on Mondays) and I am still losing inches, so that helps to keep me motivated. Good luck!

| This is all very good advice. I am taking notes myself. Another one I have for you is to be kind to yourself. Yes, you did great with the work out today, but you might not tomorrow or the next day even if you plan to. Chances are very good that you will miss a planned work out or that you will not work out as long as you wish. Be good to yourself and recognize that. If you work out for an hour, count it as a work out, but if you only walk 15 minutes or around the grocery store parking lot a couple of times, count that as a successful day. We should all treat ourselves as we would our own best friend!
