| In Boots chemists, the shapers drinks use only splenda - blackberry and apple is really good. Every now and again, after a hard work out I allow myself to have 1, but I am at target weight and just maintaining now. I would no of had these during induction at all. S xx |

| Apparently some of the large supermarkets do a splenda sweetened fizzy drink though I don't know if splenda is the only sweetener in it, you would have to check the ingredients list. I usually get just a sparkling (unsweetened) water when I feel like a change from still or tap water when out. There are several brands of slightly flavoured water sweetened with only splenda (sucralose) around if you want some extra flavour - just check labels to be sure which to choose.

| I have been drinking the Sainsbury's brand of Soda. They are the only brand that I have found that is sweetened using Sucralose. I have only found it in the bigger Sainsbury's, but they have cola, lemonade, cream soda (my fav). Even though they are an own brand soda I find them alot more enjoyable than sodapop with aspartimine. |
