| Hi Sheila, I hope you're feeling better by now. No fun being sick, especially when you got little ones. Have you tried egg drop soup? Really hits the spot on cold days or when you're sick. Just boil some chicken broth (I use homemade but boughten with work too) and stream in sime beaten eggs. You canalso add some celery or bell pepper to it also. So yummy. Get better

| Dearest Susan, THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! I forgot about egg-drop soup! I have a quart of powdered chicken broth (only takes about 1tbs per 1quart of water), and I have eggs!!! How wonderful that will be! I never thought about adding celery. That will be fabulous. I'm not too big on bell peppers only because they give me heartburn, or at least I burp them up quite a bit. teehee ~ But I have to say, I'm not feeling much better today. I need a bit more rest. I refuse to be sick this weekend... I'm taking lots of vit C and zinc... I think egg drop soup will be my lunch. Thank you so much! Sheila
