Dr Atkins New Diet Revolution book! Help

Hi there! Can someone help with this one please? I am on day 7 of Induction, also followed this plan last year! I have just realized i maybe reading the wrong version of the book. I have been reading the one with the Orange cover 1998...is it a diffrent book altogether than the 2002 one?
Should i go and buy the 2002 one?

Any help greatly appreciated

Danielle, there is a big difference between the two, particularly in helping with the transition to OWL. I'd say get the 2002 book.

Hi there Sunny-one! Is the newer book White and the word New in Red..not sure if thats the one.

Danielle, yes, it's white and red. If you look up in the top right corner of the menu on this page, there is a link that says, "Get the Book." It will show you the one to get.

I got mine at Walmart for $5.95.
