| [QUOTE=SunnySmile501;1033211][FONT=Comic Sans MS][SIZE=3][COLOR=blue]If you are only going by the Ketostix to judge in or out of ketosis, then you are relying on a faulty tool. I lost 50 pounds in 90 days and almost never even showed a trace. In the next two months, I dropped another 25 pounds, but I still felt like I was failing when I couldn't turn the stix any color than negative tan. Then, I woke up to the logical conclusion that it was the evil stix that were a failure, not me. I threw them away. Thanks for that info. I tried once before & also was discouraged when the stix failed to show much change. I'm nearing the end of my induction phase once again with a drop from 212 to 205 (and holding, at the moment). So, thats 7 pounds in about ten days. |
