| Hi there! I've just started back but from former experience can tell you that paying attention to what happens with what you eat will help. For instance, if I eat too much cheese or too much beef, I won't lose for days. My body does like that variety! I do eat cheese but its usually string cheese or cheddar or colby jack, non-processed. I even try to stay away from yummy bacon because its processed and sodium but it is easy and good! Drink more water plain, it really does help! Don't forget to take your measurements! You are doing great!! Tracey
