| Those are some great goals, milfit! I am always glad when people see beyond immediate weight loss, and concentrate instead on inches and on the way they feel. Great attitude!

| Thanks you too. Y'all are huge influences on this site and i appreciate your input and advice. This site has really helped me stay focused and accountable. I am a weight scale addict, and want everything RIGHT NOW. lol. But I am using this site as a tool, to be patient(my word for the month) |
