| I made the mistake of weighing in for the first time in three weeks yesterday - first day of AF... I weighed at the chemist because I was in town and was 3lb down... I really feel like I have lost more (although 1lb a week in OWL is not bad I suppose) so will wait til AF departs and go and weigh in with the nurse at my docs... | |
