Default feeling fat today...

uggghhhh I feel icky. I don't know why. I have been feeling good but today I just feel flabby. I haven't gone off atkins but I think yesterday I ate a little over a pound of ground beef (not at one sitting) And I think that has made me feel guilty today... oh well

it's just a "girl thing" we all have those days. Even at goal I have days where I tear through everything in my closet and feel "blimpy" in everything I put on... the next day, back to fabulous... no worries, you're doing fab and just keep up the good work!!

We all have fat days. Even really skinny girls have fat days (or so I'm told, haha). We're so critical of ourselves. Hopefully the fat goggles will come off and you can see how far you've come. And it might seem like there's still a long way to go, but just know that every day you get closer.

In the meantime, pick something you like about yourself and really focus on that. Some days I just stare at my own eyes a lot and ignore the rest of me.

You know what Meli? I have found that I often get that feeling the day after I have a big red meat meal. Maybe it is because it digests more slowly or something, but I feel heavy and flabby the day after a big steak or burgerfest. You might want to follow this and see if you notice a trend. That way if it happens again you'll know it is just yesterday's beef talking and it isnt you. Having said that, I sometimes have fat days for no reason at all. Best way is to dress a little nicer, do your make up a little more particular, and help yourself look better in other ways so you feel better inside.
