Georgiana, thanks for the way that you posted about how to move from induction to OWL rung 1. I have the book and read over it and look on this board but I think that you explained it in a way that I actually get. The part that always confused me was how to add the 5 more veggies. Now I understand that any I have eaten on induction I can have at any time in OWL (not to go over the extra 5 grams of carbs of course). If I add any I have to add only 1 a week and eat it every other day. This is correct right? If so I don't know why I didn't really get it before. You just explained it so well. Thanks!!

oh ok I never tried them as they seemed to send people over the edge with eating too many.

I actually don't like mock danish. It tastes like scrambled eggs with sugar, imo. So I guess it depends on every person.
