Help! | | Well, you can tone the area around your lower jaw and under the chin by alternately smiling really wide with a cheesy grin and involving the neck muscles too and then puckering hugely. Do this 20 times a couple times a day (I suggest when you are alone). This tones, but take a good look at family members. If they have a tendency to fuller faces and double chins, it may not be about the amount of weight you lose. I would also try a firming cream on the skin of the neck (like people use for eyes). It won't hurt. I am sorry I don't have any better advice for you. But there is one good thing---you have done such a marvelous job since November, that no one will notice your chin. They will be commenting on how much you have lost and how great you look!
