| I have never had that happen, but I never drink any liquid 20 minutes either side of eating food. I can't think of anything in jicama that would leave a bitter taste in your mouth. Ketosis breath is usually a sweetish smell/taste.

| It was bizarre sunny! I just had a slice of jicama as a snack the other day, and took a swig from my water bottle, and eewwewwwewwww. so i tried a piece again the next day, and the same thing happened. Its very unusual i actually havent eaten any since.
