belly fat?

I am wondering if my roll of fat under my belly button will flatten out... I weighted at one time 287. I am now 180. I still have a roll there and I know I probably will always have some but I am hoping it mostly flattens out. It is definitely still full of fat haha so it is not just loose skin. Did any of you have a roll there that flattened? I am 35

It varies from person to person, but I lost my roll by 165 and I'm 5'3". It flattened itself out over time, but I still need a lot of work on it to get it flat-flat, not just...un-rolled lol

After having 3 babies I have a belly bubble too. At 154 it's still there just enought to drive me insane. It has gotten a LOT smaller so I try not to be too upset about it. It can be worked on, some women never get it to go away completely. It really does depend on your body. Are you doing exercises to strengthen your abs? That does help as you lose weight you build muscle under the fat and it shows ( six pack time!)

Belly fat...I'm still 264 so all I have is belly fat.

I had a baby in May last year - I have now lost 41lbs and my belly bubble has shrunk to hardly anything - although the skin is loose and I think it is going to stay that way - just have to choose my bikinis and knickers carefully to disguise it from now on!
