| You are at the stage where many people stall for several weeks for no reason. It's kind of as if your body is deciding what to do. I doubt the carnitine caused your weight loss. I think you just are in the typical Post Induction stall and have to wait it out. Chances are it has nothing to do with which vegetables you are eating. They weren't a problem earlier in Induction so that would not change. You are in the strange time when your body needs to shake itself up and "I guess she really means it--this is how we are going to be fed from now on" When it is ready it will decide to come along for the ride and you will start losing again. You can't force it. Just keep on the program and sooner or later your whoosh will come. |

| Jill is probably right your body is readjusting itself - you did say you are losing centimetres so you ARE losing still.
