| Hi Kibs, As you say, everyone is different - for me a loss of about 7 pounds in the early stages of Atkins = about one size. This will have to change as I lose more though, 'cos if it continued at that rate I would totally disappear by the time I reached my target! Small I want - invisible I'm not so keen on! Also, this time around, I have exercised much more regularly and more intensively. The jeans I bought when I was at the lowest weight I got to last time around are now looser than they were when I bought them. The extra exercise this time has taken off inches and streamlined me more - even though I actually weigh 8lbs more than I did then! Need new jeans next week - Yippee! (Hope that last paragraph makes sense - I just read it back and it makes sense to me, but then I wrote it! LOL) CP |

| lol yeah it makes sense. I know working out will change your size even if it slows your weight. Speaking of, my breakfast is settled in my tummy and its about time I go get my workout in for the day!

| So far, I have dropped 2.5 sizes - one size each ten pounds. I am very close to dropping the third size but not quite yet! (I'm 5'7). |

| Its also annoying because jeans tend to stretch out a bit as you wear them. they're always tighter when you wash them. So at the end of the day they seem looser, and so if your micro-managing how they fit it can be tricky!

| Hey rose how tall are you? Our goal weight is about the same! My mom tried to tell me once the smaller you get the less weight you have to lose to go down a size. So I suppose right now I have to just deal with not moving down in sizes quite as fast as someone with only 20lbs to lose does!

| I am 5'6" and started in an excruiating tight 24. It took me 20 lbs to get in a 22. Now I am 29 lbs down and am starting to look at getting some size 20 shorts. Still unless people look at my before and during pictures, they don't seem to notice that I have lost any weight. Maybe in another 20
