Gross but so affirming that all is well with Atkins. I hadn't been in ketosis for a while, so recently when I went back to basics to get into ketosis, I got an unfriendly reminder. I remembered the urine smell, so that just let me know that it was working, but I didn't remember how bad/funky my night sweat smelled. I usually wear the same night shirt for several nights before getting a fresh one. I shower right before bed and get into a clean bed, so how dirty could it get in 8 hours? Two nights running, I try to put back on the night shirt I wore the night before and the smell about knocked me down. I had to put on a fresh one every night for over a week until it settled down.

omg i thought something was wrong with me but ur right i guess it is ketosis...i smell when i am sweating at the gym..eww

yup I never had any real smell when I sweat, and now all of a sudden even if i'm not even sweating i still smell kind of weird. yay for scented deodorant!

I haven't noticed my pee smelling horrible, I wonder if that has to do with how much water you drink?

Ohhh yeah, the pee, the sweat, the breath. I hate it, but I love it at the same time because I know I'm doing well  I just learn to keep my arms down, my mouth closed and to breathe through my mouth when I pee!
