| There comes a point when you've lost a good amount of weight that you start to think "well just ONE won't make me gain all that weight back". Any time you think that, you pop yerself in the forehead and go NO! BAD ME! Because it never happens only once!

| Welcome back. Do you have any thin pics of yourself? I just put some on my computer to view as inspiration. Try to remember how good it feels to be at a weight that you are comfortable with. Try on a swimsuit and think about how good you'll feel in the summer if you stick to it. |

| Hi, I just had this experience recently and am now on Day 7 of re-induction. This is my 6th or 7th attempt to get back into induction but I never made it past 2 days before. However I changed a few things this time and it seems to be working. 1) I stopped thinking in terms of two weeks, I think in terms of meals now. Ex: I need to stay induction friendly for breakfast...success! I need to stay Atkins friendly for lunch...success!! It made it seem more manageable 2) I keep telling myself "failing to prepare is preparing to fail". I had been neglecting going grocery shopping and keeping Atkins friendly stuff in the house. Doing these two things has helped me get back on track. Good luck to you, Rae

| It took me two months of trying every day for me to finally get a whole day right. Keep plugging away and it will eventually click and your head will be back into this. Don't give up. |

| I echo what the others have said - think of it being one meal/snack at a time, just keep going no matter what. Before too long you will realise you have gone a whole week without faltering
