| hey there! welcome to adbb there are two ways to measure veg: 1. by volume - this means buying a measuring jug (i got a plastic one for a dollar from dollar tree) 2. by weight - which would mean buying a kitchen scale i prefer by volume personally, because im not good at reading scales! have you thought of using FitDay? its a website that allows you to track everything you eat and it does loads of calculations and diagrams for you - its an invaluable tool - best of all its totally free!!

| Good Luck, once you get past 4 or 5 days you will think wow! why did I not do this before. Keep up the fat and protein the weight will drop. Veggie are important eat the right amount. |
