| Well, there really is no "rule" that converts weight to volume for any food since they have different densities... but what you can do is see how many carbs 2 cups of veggies have, then figure out (in FitDay) how many ounces have the same amount of carbs. Of course, you could also simply enter your veggies in cups.

| Um, a cup is a size unit of measure (I think it's technically called fluid) where your scale would be weight. They're different.. like, a cup of sand is quite a few more ounces than a cup of feathers... get it? Other than that, there are 8oz in a cup.

| Thanks Liv and others! I am looking at the sticky now... One cup of cucumber looks like this: 1 cup cucumber = 104 gr = 3,7 oz ½=1,85 ¼=0,93 1/3=1,23 They are all written like that. What does 1/2-1,85 I don't understand the 1,85 thanks bbb

| It means half a cup is 1.85 oz A third cup is 1.23 oz
