| i can say im a true believer. i always feel nice and full and that i can continue on this wol forever. I feel in control, I feel happy, I know I can do it. no crazy food cravings, no feelings of hunger. It really does work. But you have to keep at it. You have to keep at the exercise. Keep drinking the water and exercising. Thats all there is to it. But its not a piece of cake. You will struggle but you can do it.

| Atkins does really work if you spend some time to learn and understand it. It isn't about prepackaged foods or a boring menu. Read DANDR 2002 and stick to it. Here are links to the rules of inductions and an acceptable food list. From that, you should be able to put your menus together ... but this list is no substitute for reading the book and understanding Atkins.
