well i am glad your strong enough not to let it effect you in a negative way...and your using to affirm your goals! thats awesome.
i dont let it effect me either but for new people, i would suggest once a week. they dont understand the up and down weight thing that really could like you say involve water and muscle..it messes some peoples heads up.
its more about being consistant and doing this for life. we all have our bad days...hopefully more good ones!
