| Keeping a cooler in the car is a great idea! I find I snack on ham or turkey rolled up with cheese and a pickle or pickled asparagus. Last week I had devilled eggs on hand all the time, those were so good for a quick snack. Cheese strings, pepperoni (watch carb count, some are full of fillers), olives, veggies with a container of dip. Oh and now I make these cinnamon buttons I found in the recipe section, they are good if you want a little sweet and creamy thing after a meal.

| chunks of meat, pepperoni, cheese, veggies cut up of all kinds (radishes, celery, turnips, asparagus, anything you can think of), take a little container and put dip or ranch dressing...maybe cream cheese. I make pickle wraps and keep in the fridge but you could make them and take them along ... it's a kosher dill pickle with cream cheese about 1/4" think smeared all around it wrap it with thin sliced ham, pastrami, corned beef whatever you like, wrap in foil and refrigerate overnight then take the foil off and cut into 1/4" slices -- nearly every party I've been to has them on the table...I love 'em!!
