| Exercise is a magic thing. It means you can make progress in improving your body when the scale is moving, and when it is not. You gain so much, you can keep up with your teenagers, and taut muscles just feel fantastic! You do not need to drop back on your exercise. "at least' means 30 minutes is a minimum.. not a goal. You are already surpassing that and it will just mean bigger (smaller) results for you!

| Congrats on getting on the program......You answered your question in your post. Dr. Atkins recommends "at least" 30 minutes of exercise (not sure it's a day or 5 days a week, can't remember). So, doing an hour a day is more than the doctor ordered... What does your hour workout consist of?

| Thanks, it seems weird how I can run for an hour and not stay in shape, the thing is my overeating problem, thank god for atkins.
