| I used Fitday for a couple of years, but then switched to The Daily plate (thedailyplate.com), I find there is a much more extensive food database, better charts (for free). I rarely have to enter any custom foods etc which i found to be a pain in fitday. They also have a extremely extensive exercise db.

| I started with FitDay, then switched to DailyPlate, now I'm back to FitDay. DailyPlate looks prettier though.

Despite all your good intentions, you're mightily tempted by a food you're not supposed to have. What to do? I'll tell you this: You'd better have a strategy ready!"
