| I started a strenuous, heavy-duty exercise program on Monday, after not exercising but sporadically for months, and I just weighed and I am up 3.2 pounds. I am actually happy about it, because it proves I am building muscle by bathing the torn muscle fibers with fluid. Off to tear some more muscle fibers!
