What you have to do in case your weight loss stalls is to take one step back -- either drop the last food you've added or cut back 5 net carbs, depending which of these was the last thing you've changed. Restarting Induction over and over again would never allow one to progress through all the Atkins phases and do the Diet correctly.

Imagine that you're doing great, losing weight, feeling better than ever, thrilled with yourself, hearing compliments from friends and acquaintances---and then it happens! Despite all your good intentions, you're mightily tempted by a food you're not supposed to have. What to do? I'll tell you this: You'd better have a strategy ready!"
