| If you have already set up your account, each time you login, you should automatically go to the page where you enter your foods. If that is not happening, after you login, there is a row of blue tabs at the top. Click the "Foods" tab. Hope that helps. |

| Once you are on the food log page all you need to do is type the food you want to log in the box with the button 'food Search' by it and click on the button. You should be shown lots of possible entries to select from - click on the one closest to what you have eaten. so if you had eaten 2 medium eggs fried in butter and some mushrooms fried in oil for breakfast then first enter egg raw in the food search box. From the list you see then select 'egg, whole, raw' and click on the name of the food. You will be shown the default entry first - mine comes up as egg, raw, 1, large. I always use medium eggs so select 'medium' from the dropdown list that appears if you click on the little arrow beside the word 'large' and alter the quantity to '2'. (If when you have done that you can see that fitday is using different numbers than those on the pack of eggs you use you can change this to suit your ingredients by clicking on the 'customise this food' button and alter the numbers) Click on 'Recalculate' to see the numbers for the quantity you have eaten and then click on the button called 'add to your food log' and the 2 medium eggs will be added to your food log. Continue in this way adding the amount of butter you used to fry the eggs in, add the mushrooms and the oil you used - when I started I actually measured how much oil/butter I added to the pan then remeasured what was left after cooking so I had an idea of how much had been absorbed and could add only that amount to my food log. Once you have added the food for breakfast you can look at the total calories pie chart which shows the ratios of fat/protein/carbs if you like, as well as the vitamins/minerals in your total food to check whether you need any extra supplements by clicking on the relevant tabs below the list of foods eaten. There is lots of different information you can see - play with clicking on the various tabs and buttons.
