| We all follow the 2002 DANDR in here, and they are not legal for induction. For me personally, they cause stalls...definitely what you do not want, esp on induction!

| Here is the finite list of allowable foods should there ever be any doubt as to whether a food or recipe ingredient is permitted during this period. Ultimately, it is a judgment call, and your mileage may vary.

| when the bars arrive take a look at the ingredients in them. As far as I know all the Atkins bars have ingredients that are not allowed on induction - like nuts, soy, fruit or grains. So save them till you are at the relevant OWL rung where all the ingredients are allowed and you won't go far wrong.
