| Hello , my dear Susan water is very importment of every body , and that is living for healthly everything. I'm drinking water about 2 to 4 liters daily that clean body and good for healtly If you drinking water more than abnormaly no problem of your helth and wight it be coming 1 kg up or to 2kg's, and after one day's less that wight .... think you for this calling, ^_^ Best Regards, Faisal |

| There are members here that drink more water than that so I don't think the water in itself was the main issue here. Perhaps some hormonal thing going on. Hope those 2 lbs are gone again soon for you.

| i read a good rule of thumb is one half ounce for every pound you weigh. So a 200 pound person would need 100 oz. and so on, i try to get in 128 oz. You are really drinking if you can get in 180 lol. wow, i am impressed.

| Hi Susan -- I drink at least 150 oz a day and most days I have more than that -- at the beginning I held a pound or two of weight but after a few days my body let go of it and I haven't had any trouble. Make sure you are exercising also -- - low carb, water & exercise is what Dr Atkins said was vital to making this WOE work correctly. Keep up the good work with the water intake - I think you're doing great!!
