I drink when I am thirsty. I am just a low carber. Not on Atkins at all!!! He has everything to do with my weightloss and nothing to do with it, depending on who you ask. |

If I say something which makes you feel "totally rejected," "like you don't belong on this board," or any other kind of bad, I would want to know that. Given such a scenario I would want to try to rephrase, try to get across my point in a way less hurtful to you. I would hope you would bear with me because I wouldn't wish to hurt anyone. I haven't seen many here who I think would want to do that. That's what I meant about the difficulty of communicating in this flat medium. It is hard to know what will be a trigger for someone else unless they let you know. I think you did that well in that post. |

| Oh, I won't be run off too easily. Sometimes I do have to take a step back and know I'm just being touchy. heh. Sometimes it can take me a day or two really get over being touchy and try out some good advice. But I eventually come around. I am coming to realise sometimes people think a person needs tough love when in fact they may be someone that's really just put off by that style of delivery. But I'm doing better this time around because I've kinda learned what my body is going to do. Lots of people all trying to get along is bound to go wrong sometimes. If ever Chickylady reads this, she needs to come back!

| congrats on your weight loss, but I do have to agree with everlosing and several others, before i even started the diet and became a member on here, i was kinda just lurking around and reading different forums and i did see people saying how they could eat all these foods that ARENT allowed on induction like the low carb bars and diet sodas so i dranks diet soda and low carb bars in my first week and that totally messed my whole diet up! and im still trying to get back on track....so i woudn't suggest you bragging about how you can eat all those foods and still lose weight..... |

| Yes, everyone seems to go through a phase of thinking you can eat that frankenfood... hard lessons to learn. This IS an old thread! I hope that the original guy who posted here is still workin' it. |
