Whichever you prefer as they are both legal.  Cheese is limited to 3-4 oz per day, sour cream to 1 oz... but as long as you stay within the limits, it's your choice which one to have.

Thanks Georgiana! i guess ill stick with the Cheddar then... because Sour Cream is sooooooo Yummie! i would probably go Over 1oz in a day... i wont Ever go over 4oz of cheese Your The Best!

Good! (Sometimes people think the fake bacon bits are the same thing as real bacon bits....sort of like how people think Cool Whip is real cream.)

A suggestion, I use Blue Cheese crumbles on my scrammbled eggs for a change rather than cheddar cheese.
