| attagirl, I smiled when I read your post. I know all about that rollercoaster and feeling that my body is different and it's the ONE that can't lose weight on Atkins! But it IS coming off for me, and it will for you, too! |

| Oh don't worry, you are still special I'm losing slower this time around, and oddly enough, I'm okay with it. I had the PISS and never had that before, I got a little discouraged for 2 days but then I put on the jeans that I recently bought that were wayyy too tight because I refused to buy a size larger...and the discouragement left the building. There are more signs of success with atkins than just the scale showing a loss....the baggy jeans, the energy, and for me...the ability to live in a house full of chocolate and not want it (much

| hey attagirl -- you are doing wonderfully -- so you aren't the "most special Atkineer" in the world...well, you wouldn't want to be at the top of the pedestal all alone would you??? It's best to be right here in the middle with the rest of us. A agree with Laurie (Planetclaire) about the scale not being the only determining factor -- the scale is acting like a turtle backing up a slippery incline but the inches are leaving the building quickly....I started on January 5, 2009 wearing a 3X top -- yesterday I bought a Large top --- that's 3 sizes smaller. I work hard for each pound I loose and I work harder for each inch. In a strange way I'm glad it's not easy to loose the weight this time....it makes this time more special. You will find your goal weight one of these days, just be patient and enjoy the journey! Good luck
