There's lots of KFC in China but it is still just the fried stuff here. I don't think it will be a staple but once in awhile it would be nice not to have to cook!

I usually get 2 double cheeseburgers and get it with mustard. I keep the cheese on it, do you think the cheese is that bad?

Hi everyone - came across this video on Youtube regarding the KFC Grilled Chicken you might find interesting:

YouTube - LLVLC On YouTube: Is KFC's Kentucky Grilled Chicken Good For Low-Carbers? (Episode 66)

For the substance, you can skip to 1:30 mark and start watching from there...

Ok, I had never seen any of these you tube videos and I was laughing so hard at the start of it.

I think they make some good points about companies offering more for low carb options.

I will say that when I went to KFC, my chicken was yummy! Based on just that, I would go back. My hesitation is that it was almost too good.

I've had it twice so far (once for lunch and once for dinner). The one I had for lunch was moist and excellent. The dinner one was dry. So, it appears to be hit or miss.

I tried it, and have had it multiple times on induction. [Although I just read on another board that since it contains soy, etc I shouldn't be doing so]

IT IS DELICIOUS.

I was completely surprised- I expected dry, icky chicken, but, although a bit greasy, the stuff is yummy with a capital "Y"- hence my continuing to eat it. I lost 9 lbs in my first 10 or 11 days, so I don't think it hurt me TOO much, but I may cut it out of my menu and see if I can lose even more without it.
