| Well, it didn't go as well as I thought. I did set my alarm and get out of bed, but, I was really sore from my run yesterday and was very stiff. I plan on trying again here tomorrow. We'll see. It sure is early in the morning. I felt pretty groggy go figure. I will have to figure out something to wake me up that early so I feel energized to run not like a slug with 2 lead feet. Sarah

| Maybe some inverted yoga poses would help like downward dog? I've heard that really gets the blood going, and it will help strech out your legs and back too. Maybe try googling some 'energizing yoga poses'? You did the right thing by taking a break day..I always hate when i first start running after a long break (which happens more often than it should!) I have the urge to push myself too hard...

| I push myslef too hard most of the time. I am back on nights now but, I should be able to work in a run today and then from there I will have to see. TG my job is very physical or I would be in trouble. I do a lot of stairs probably I would guess at least 60 flghts that's a slow day. LOL
