| Wait, so no American Cheese slices, even if they are full fat?!! I've been eating at least 3 slices a day, bc they are full fat, tasty and only 1 carb each (I make pastrami, iceberg lettuce, cheese and mayo roll-ups for lunch). In addition, I also have at least 2-3 polly-string cheese sticks. Should I just cut those out? |
