| 2 cups of almond flour are about half a pound, so ~225 grams.

| Here's a little trick for you: go to Google and type in "2 cups in grams", and click Search. Pretty cool, huh? You can do that with basically any unit of measurement. EDIT: D'oh, I guess this one didn't convert right, but most units do. Well, it normally is a nice tool! |

| No that way wont work as different foods weigh different amounts per cup. I use the USDA database to check how many grams a cup of most foods weighs. http://www.nal.usda.gov/fnic/foodcomp/search/ I looked up almonds and chose '2 cups, ground' and it told me 190 grams. I think the numbers Georgiana gave might be for whole almonds

| if you're working with cups in UK the best thing to remember is 1 cup = 8 fluid oz ... i normally just use my pyrex jug to do it rather than weight...

| You can pick up a set of American cups quite cheaply at the supermarket. I have found it much easier than keep converting! x |
