| No it isn't and you need a variety of veggies--preferably dark green and leafy. Celery does not contain many nutrients. I suggest plugging into Fitday.com and tracking your food for awhile. It will track your calories, nutrients and carbs (you just subtract out the fiber for net carbs). You should be covering your basic metabolic rate in calories. Fitday will help you determine what that amount should be. |

| No. Add some dressing to that cup of celery. I'm not sure how you cook the shrimp or any of the other foods for that matter... but using fat in cooking will increase your calories/fat intake without you having to eat a lot of food. Varying your vegetables and cooking some with butter or some other form of fat will help too. You might also consider adding some olives or 1/2 avocado to your menus.

Despite all your good intentions, you're mightily tempted by a food you're not supposed to have. What to do? I'll tell you this: You'd better have a strategy ready!"
