| Hi, Cam! It is possible that the methadone is causing you problems, but other than that... could you post a few menus (include quantities for absolutely everything -- water, spices, meat, vegetables, etc.)? Then we can see if there is room for improvement there or if something else has to be changed.

| Hi Cam ![]() I have the pc version but am not sure if it is possible to get it to display its info to others like the online one can. When I get home in half an hour or so I will take a look and see if I can work out how to do it. Otherwise you might need to re-enter your food log info into the online one manually and post a link to it.

| Cam, just a thought. You could maybe take a 'screenshot' of your days log (control + Printscreen) and paste it into something like the basic 'paint' programme, save it as a jpg and then upload that into your album here and paste its url into a post. I think that should work well enough to let others comment on your days' menus.

| The only things I can see that might be affecting your losing is that you are eating a fair amount of pork rinds, which are quite salty and some people find affects them. Also you had a lot of protein on one day - 43%, which is more than the often recommended 30%, but if it is only an occasional thing it should not make too much difference I would have thought. Well done on drinking your water

| Cam, you posted this in another thread: Quote:
So after the first two weeks of Induction, you actually lost 8 lbs. Based on the chart on page 158 of DANDR, this indicates you have a high degree of metabolic resistance. However, the results are skewed since you are getting 20 g of sugar alcohols from methadone, so your true resistance to lipolysis could be in the average range. Your menus look okay. As Elizellen said, too many pork rinds there could cause you some water retention issues. Then you should also check the sausages for hidden sugars (e.g. dextrose) or other "illegal" ingredients. I think there's nothing to be worried about. Most people see a slowdown in their weight loss after the first two weeks -- this is the so-called "Post Induction Stall Syndrome" or "PISS". Here is a thread explaining it: http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.c...-expected.html (PISS-Post Induction Stall Syndrome- a reality to be expected)
