| The only time I ever eat fast food is if I am late and can not have breakfast, so I get eggs and sausage. I think this once you are fine, but the trans fats that are loaded within this food isn't good. I would only go for fast food when absolutely necessary. Congrats on the losses! |

| I have had a burger king burger on the quick. You know you can order it low carb and they'll serve it to you without the bun. |

| I'm sure that doing fast food occasionally would be fine. If you'd like to eat a 'burger' more often, you could make it at home...then you'd know exactly what is in it. Plus you could experiment with different 'toppings' - vary the cheese, have bacon, mushroom, whatever you like...mmm swiss cheese, mushroom & bacon...I know what's for lunch here today.

I did this last week also because we were out all day so it isn't something I will do often. I didn't know mayo was allowed so last week it was mustard only. |

| You are probably right about the processed cheese but I don't know what meat fillers are. What are they? I can do without the fast food cheese next time. |

| Fillers could be anything non meat added to the burgers. It is not uncommon to do that so we have to be careful when we select meat like that. They could add grains, sugars, transfats, whatever.
