| Never thought of that I have noticed I am a ton warmer especially after I eat. Think my body is stressed??? Thanks for the compliments did you look at the slide show??? Sarah

| Stress and sun causes cold cores; need to catch it right away with good medicine as soon as you feel an itch! It can be expensive, but worth it at the drug store. |

| I Used to work out 6 days a week. Now I work full time 12 hour shifts so I do try to maintain by lifting 3 days a week to failure. I also run. I totally agree with the commercials being so misleading it's amazing what a little water weight can do it can make you bloated and fat then with the commercials it';s like magic they are ripped. I can tell you there is no pill to get like that only hard work. I have gotten cold sore since I had my 1st baby before that I had never had one. I get them very often now ususally when I work a lot of night shifts or when I am out in the cold or wind or like you said when I burn my poor lips. I haven't really noticed anything different lately so I contributed it to my weight loss possibly. Thanks for having a look atthe pics the first pic with the baby I was 302. eek NEVER AGAIN. I have to get some updated pics here I have really built my back in thelast 6 months a lot of ladder climbing LOL Take care and thanks Sarah

| I also get them from stress, and sun. So I would think weightloss probably is a form of stress especially when you change your eating habits (ie babymama's acne/pimples as well are probably caused bythis). I also get them when i've had a cold or flu, which too i would think is stress on the body. The two best things I find for coldsores are: lip balm with at least spf 30. I never leave my house without it winter or summer, whether i think i'm going to be in the sun or not. this has cut my occurance of coldsores down about 90%! If i start to get a stress induced coldsore, the minute i start to feel it I put Abreva on it. You can buy this at any drugstore (I get mine over the counter at Shoppers Drug Mart, i think you have them in sask?), it's a little expensive, at about $20 a tube, but the tube goes really far. You don't need much at all. And i find it stops it from getting bigger, and cuts the healing time significantly. it's the best thing, prescription or not, i've found so far. Good luck!

| Ya, ladder climbing LOL. I have to climb ladders at work and I will tell you it has done amazing things to my back. The upper part is so much more developed I just can't explain it. I have also noticed a change in my legs. They will always be heavier because I am a pear but, I climb a ton of stairs at work and my legs and but are getting smaller. I will see if I can take a pic tonight and see if I can even tell that my back is there. I have trouble posing them LOL. I am feeling pretty confident that I have found a cure for my Cold sore. I actually tried something unconventional. I put usnea on it then rubbed it with hemorrhoid cream and today I can hardly see it. The few little blisters didn't spread and I only have a tiny scab which developed over night. I have never had one scab and quit spreading so quick so I am very pleased. I sure hope it works as good next time. Thanks for checking out the pics it inspired me again to get a move on I am now almost to where I was when I fell off and had all my health issues. It sure is amazing how fast the body bounces back. I feel so much better eating the way of Atkins then any other way I have ever tried. I actually feel warmer all the time now which is good means it`s working. Take care everyone Sarah
