| Read the ingredients. Does it say whey or milk protein concentrate? If these are there, then the cheese is not allowed on Induction.

| Probably not - just keep going. It is all part of the learning process. We probably all did some oopsies on induction.

| if you can - buy a cheese slicer and a real cheese block - REAL cheese tastes so much better than that processed stuff anyways (at least, in my opinion). as far as ketosis - you should be fine.
