I won't weigh til June 1!

I have set a goal for myself to be at 199 on June 1. To keep from driving myself crazy, I am not going to weigh until then. This is going to be trying for me because I work at a vet, I have to stare at a scale all day! I weighed this morning, I will weigh June 1. I am determined.

So you are expecting to lose 36 lbs in 1 month? Umm I think you are going to be a bit disappointed... It's great to not weigh, but don't expect a certain number, let your body decide what weight it's going to be...

msanjelpie, I think you read the wrong numbers. What I see is that her starting weight was 235, and present weight is 211. That means she already has lost 24 lbs, and is hoping to lose another 12 lbs by June 1st, which is a very easily attainable goal. And no offense, but losing 36 lbs in one month on Atkins is not difficult at all. Just watch me

I see where you are looking... I was looking at the (S/C/G Weights: 235/235/160) top line by her name... sorry...
