| Nope and nope. Here are the foods you are allowed to eat during Induction, whether you do it for 14 days or you do extended Induction: http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.c...induction.html (What foods can be eaten on Induction?)

I believe that the best way to overcome temptation is not with willpower, which is so often in short supply, but with our brain power, a potentially unlimited resource. Imagine that you're doing great, losing weight, feeling better than ever, thrilled with yourself, hearing compliments from friends and acquaintances---and then it happens! Despite all your good intentions, you're mightily tempted by a food you're not supposed to have. What to do? I'll tell you this: You'd better have a strategy ready!" | Dairy is allowed later, in Rung Two. My suggestion for long term success is to do a sweet free Induction to get the sweet tooth out of your system. Then as you move up other foods that you never thought of as sweet will surprise you with just how sweet they are. |
