I imagine you are in Induction...
Aspartame should be avoided whenever possible because it stalls many people, so Mountain Dew is a really bad choice. I am more concerned about the salami though... 8 carbs?! What on earth does it have in it and how much did you eat? The ones I find where I live typically have 450 calories and 2 carbs in something like 4 oz. So to consume 8 carbs from salami, one should either eat 16 oz or the salami must have sugars and other "illegal" stuff in it. Salami also has a lot of sodium, approximately 2000 mg in 4 oz, which will lead to water retention and it does no good to your blood pressure either.
Remember also that over half of your net carbohydrates should come from vegetables. Since you are limited to 20 net carbs per day and you had 11 from salami and soda, your carb intake from foods other than veggies is too high.
Avoid processed foods and frankenfoods as much as possible. Eat "real" meat, fish and poultry and work on your water and vegetables. Tweak your menus a little and start exercising, and then results will come. Happy losing.
