Miracle Noodles

Has anyone tried those "Zero Carb Noodles" that you see advertised at the bottom of the screen? Any thoughts on these?

That says zero calories NOT zero carbs...big difference. Looks like Ramen to me...hmmmm

Ok, I am editing here...there are two adds for them. One says low carb, one does not. Still looks like Ramen though

I have not tried the noodles. What are they made of?
All carbs contain calories. Every single gram of fat contains 9 calories, while protein, and carbs each contain 4 calories per gram. So, if something is calorie free, it means it contains no carbs (or fat or protein) either. But, the FDA allows some small amounts and considers then 0, so we need to be careful!

Honestly... Weirdest thing but..
Three eggs, lots of butter, tofu and canned tuna fried up like scrabbled eggs.
May sounds really weird but tastes like noodles =D I love it!

Years ago during a severe bout of Hypoglycemia and using Atkins principles to help, I had used la choy bean sprouts instead of spagetti noodles for myself while my family had pasta. I put the meat and cheese on it. Gave a sence of noodles, still tasted abit off, wasn't bad, I'd do it again!

My grocery store used to carry shirutaki noodles. I think they are made from tofu and some sort of vegetable fiber. They didn't taste bad, but they texture is extremely rubbery. It's like chewing on rubber bands. Yuck.
