| Maybe FitDay is including the extras that go into an omelet, i.e., cream or milk, and the oil used to coat the pan when cooking? I use SparksPeople; hard boiled and scrambled show 1 gram, fried and omelet show zero - go figure! Guess it goes back to whoever was working on their data base that day! |
