| Same quantity? Both raw? Because FitDay says pretty much the same thing as the book... 1 large celery stalk in Fitday has 0.9 net carbs.

| while we are on this subject, how do you add fiber to your chart on fitday??

| That is 2 carbs including fibre - if you deduct the fibre it will be less.

| so do i subtract the total amount of dietary fiber from my total carbs for the day. today so far i have a total of 17 carbs and 4 grams dietary fiber so that would mean my net carbs are actually 13 right? |

| You got it. That is exactly how you do it. My fitday today says that I have had 26.4 carbs and 11.2 fibre. So my netcarb is 13.2.

| BTW cam. you can make your pc fitday show the deduction of fiber from the total carbs by going to the 'View' menu , selecting 'current view' and scrolling down the dropdown menu to the 'choose food columns' option, then you tick 'fiber' and 'carb-fiber'.

| They stall many people I am afraid ![]() Some of us seem to process sugar alcohols much like ordinary sugar products rather than them passing through as the manufacturers claim on their labels. My personal rule is that if they do not give me the 'bathroom effect'
